What is the AER® Method?

AER® is a therapeutic method created by Sanja Vicić, combining the principles of energy medicine and energy psychology to help you return to your natural state of inner balance, self-healing and ease. It focuses on releasing trapped emotional energy and energetic patterns that we have unconsciously inherited from our ancestors.

AER® therapy is designed to recognise these patterns, release them and bring this cycle to completion. This is why the AER® method is recommended for everyone at least once in their lifetime, helping you release invisible blocks that you may not even realise you are carrying and creating greater freedom, lightness and harmony in your life.

This method is officially recognised by the Institute for Natural, Energy and Spiritual Medicine in the Republic of Croatia, and the AER® method is a registered trademark with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
